Sacred Space Reflection

So last month (December 2019) Rosalean and I ended the year with a remarkable event: Sacred Space.

Do you see the fairy lights and candles?! Those were my favourite part of the workshop. Rosalean (co-organiser) and I curated such a cool, comfortable and intimate environment – quite literally, a sacred space!

Do you see the cushions?! Those are borrowed from my mum’s sofas! (Lol, shout out to Mama Professional Female). Yes, some of us sat on the floor by the cute notebook gift we handed out, including myself. When I say intimate, I mean intimate! We were up, close and personal, ready to hold hands with our hearts and collectively move a step further into growth.

It was a beautiful afternoon filled with women who wanted to heal and connect. I led a couple of exercises followed by Rosalean’s brilliant segment. We didn’t just want women to come together, have tea, conversation and fun. We wanted them to literally leave the room a little more healed. A little more grounded. A little more happier with who they are as women.

Speaking of conversations, I created a segment where we could have just that, to create a more intimate feel and bond over meaningful topics. The girls discussed beauty, racism, self love and we connected over love, advice and the desire to see each other win. It was beautiful to say the least, and a healing segment just on its own.

The workshop was most definitely and unexplainable experience and I would have loved to see more women join us.

If you missed this event, don’t worry. Because Rosalean and I are working on something even more special and even more transforming.

Would you like to take a guess on what this might be?

A RETREAT!

That is absolutely right. A retreat to ensure absolute and total transformation in a beautiful place where we both can keep an eye on you, take responsibility over you properly and bond in a deeper and more meaningful way.

If this sounds good to you, make sure you subscribe to my newsletter so you can be up to date with my work!

I hope we see new and familiar faces for the next event.

Lots of love!
